SENATE BILL NO. 105 "An Act relating to eligibility requirements                                    
for medical assistance for certain children, pregnant women, and                                    
persons in a medical or intermediate care facility; and providing for an                            
effective date" was read the second time.                                                           
                                                                                                    
Senator Dyson, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                     
adoption of the Health, Education and Social Services Committee                                     
Substitute offered on page 746. Senator Ellis objected.                                             
                                                                                                    
The question being: "Shall the Health, Education and Social Services                                
Committee Substitute be adopted?" The roll was taken with the
