Senator Dyson, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Health, Education and Social Services Committee Substitute offered on page 746. Senator Ellis objected. The question being: "Shall the Health, Education and Social Services Committee Substitute be adopted?" The roll was taken with the following result: SB 105 Second Reading Adopt HES Committee Substitute? YEAS: 11 NAYS: 8 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Bunde, Cowdery, Dyson, Green, Ogan, Seekins, Stevens B, Stevens G, Therriault, Wagoner, Wilken Nays: Davis, Ellis, Elton, French, Guess, Hoffman, Lincoln, Olson Excused: Taylor and so the Health, Education and Social Services Committee Substitute was adopted. President Therriault stated CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 105(HES) will be on the April 10 calendar.
